Managed intake for trust and estate litigation firms.
We screen inheritance-dispute inquiries against your firm’s criteria and organize the facts for attorney review. The first conversation captures the people, disputed conduct, and questions that need counsel’s attention.
Talk about your firm’s intakeA dispute often starts with a complicated account.
A caller may describe a changed will, concerns about a trustee, or disagreement over an asset. Several people may have different roles, and the caller’s account may leave important questions unresolved. We use your playbook to separate what the caller reports from what still needs confirmation, while capturing the names your firm needs to review.
What we gather for your firm
Your approved playbook sets the questions. A typical intake covers:
- People and roles
- The caller, deceased person or trust creator, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other involved parties identified by the caller.
- What is disputed
- The document, act, decision, or asset at issue and the outcome the caller is seeking.
- Dates and existing proceedings
- Reported notices, hearings, filing activity, and other timing information your attorney has asked us to flag.
- Counsel and available records
- Existing representation, known documents, and gaps that prevent a useful first review.
An example inquiry
A beneficiary calls because they believe a trustee has withheld information. Our team records the people involved, what information was requested, any reported response, and whether counsel or proceedings are already involved. If the caller mentions an approaching hearing, we flag the reported date for attorney review under your instructions. We do not decide the merits of the allegation or calculate a legal deadline.
Illustrative scenario, not a client record.
Where your attorney takes over
Conflict clearance, legal deadlines, case merits, and acceptance decisions stay with your attorneys. Intake flags identify information for review; they are not legal determinations.
We agree on responsibilities before intake begins, including coverage, screening, scheduling, and escalation. See what we handle for your firm.
Questions firms ask us
Do you qualify the legal merits of a dispute?
We screen for the facts and matter criteria your firm approves. Your attorney evaluates the merits and decides whether to proceed.
How do you handle multiple people calling about the same estate?
We collect the identifying information and relationships your firm requests, then route possible connections or conflicts for review. Your firm determines whether representation is appropriate.
